Way back in the summer of 2014, I didn’t write a post about Melanie Turner Interiors, by which I mean I wrote a post that was essentially an apology for not being able to write a proper post due to the fact that I was sleep-blogging. Nearly four years later, and it seems everything has changed and nothing has changed.

Melanie Turner has added impressive and striking work to her innovative genre-bending portfolio. I am still here sleep-blogging.

The work of the Atlanta-based designer suggests a keen with-it quality. Melanie’s style is traditional in its roots, but that sensibility is tempered with a graphic, high contrast glamour at times, and a laid-back coastal element at others. She manages to pull off pretty, dramatic, and chill, which might just be the design holy trinity.
