The Ideal Kitchen: Sliding Backsplash
Having things like spices and oils in easy reach is nice. Having to look at them round them clock, less so. That’s why when I saw today’s kitchen innovation my mind immediately shifted into the “I gotta get me some of that” place. You know the one.
Sliding panels open to reveal storage space for cooking essentials, an outlet, even a TV, and when closed look like your run of the mill backsplash. Kidding, those are so superior to run of the mill.
No one would be the wiser. I might even forget those panels opened at all. And the rediscovery that they did would without a doubt be the highlight of every day, toddler style.
Alright so what say you? Ideal kitchen plan approved?
