The weather has really started to do that November thing in these here parts; rain, snow, general precipitation, and without any hint of an apology at all. November always rolls in rather obediently, taking its cues from the loveliness of October’s autumnal ways, and then in no time at all cops such a grouch of an attitude all, “What? I’m November, whaddya want from me?”

And since it has no intention of entertaining your response to that rhetorical, the best you can do is outfit yourself with the necessities to make it all a little less messy. In this case, I refer to the footwear required by such outdoor conditions, and the matter of where you put such items once indoors.
