The Ideal Kitchen: The Brilliant, Space-Saving Way To Dry Dishes
If we could build the perfect room from scratch, what would it look like? What features would it contain? Let’s have ourselves a little daydream…
Dish drying racks continue to a kitchen staple. Undeniably useful, they’re also commonly bulky, unattractive, and generally countertop hogs.
So, much of the conversation surrounding them up until now has focused on how to choose more compact, stylish racks.
But, what if there was a way to change the game? What if a dish rack was not merely an added on accessory purchased at your local big box store, but an integrated kitchen design element? And what if that in-built feature was also (bonus!) the most space-friendly and beautiful method of incorporation?
Well, then I’d say we slap a “Ideal” label on that sucker and pin the day away…

Actually, I refuse to have a dish rack. Instead I have a drying cloth and as soon as everything is dry I roll it up and put it away. Great ideas for drying dishes! Thank you.

Hi. I am about to remodel my kitchen and I am desparatly searching for the behind the sink drying rack you show here. I found them in several models on Pinterest, but they are from Brazil. Do you know of any US availability of these?
