It’s easy to stay small.

It’s comfortable to keep being the person you’ve known yourself to be, with the characteristics those around you have always said define you.

The older you get, the more you can begin to believe that who you are now is all you’ll be. Acceptance can morph into resignation, which is dangerous territory.

Despite how challenging it can feel at times, it’s crucial you remember that you are designed to change.

Consider the fact that your physical body regenerates constantly. Right now, while you’re breathing and reading and utterly unaware of it, your body is sloughing off old cells and creating new ones. In 100 days, your body will have regenerated 30 trillion cells, which is the equivalent of brand new you.

That is the level of transformation that occurs within you, without you being aware it’s even happening.

Now think what sort of change is possible when you are focused on your spiritual, mental, and emotional growth.

Expansion is your birthright. To grow into the fullest expression of your true self is your most important job here on earth.

It doesn’t matter how old you are. It doesn’t matter how long you’ve been stagnant. It doesn’t matter how you were raised or what people told you about yourself.

All that matters is your willingness to expand your awareness of what is possible. Expand your consciousness. Expand your understanding of what matters most.

In this moment, allow yourself to expand beyond the boundaries you drew to contain the old you. All that you can believe in is still possible for you.
