Happy Valentine’s Day guys! I hearts you big time. And since I do, today I’m sharing the work of Kara Rosenlund.

Viewing Kara Rosenlund‘s work is far less looking at pictures than it is falling into a world–or rather being enveloped by one. Talented on seemingly every front–photography, prop styling, sourcing and more–her creations are exquisite from start to finish, from buying to arranging to capturing, that is. Talk about sufficiency. What drew me to her work is the especial undone perfection of it all, not to mention her uncanny knack for walking the line between too much and not enough.

The intricacies are mesmerizing, and yet on the whole, her creations are majestically Simple, calm, still. They are the kinds of spaces one covets endlessly, to no avail; doubtlessly every piece is one that has been find in some little shop in some far off town down some winding dirt road that no one would both treading, no one but Kara Rosenlund, that is.
