There is no shortage of strange design choices people have to reconcile when planning out the storage of their belongings. This issue is most pronounced in kitchens, where funky layouts are practically a given. Drawers can be as large as dressers and cabinets can be as deep as the Narnia wardrobe, or the reverse.

The only way to combat the confusion is to keep abreast of storage ideas, and expose yourself to possibilities you might never have considered before.

With that in mind, here’s a suggestion for alternative (and innovative) dish storage, one that’s optimal for someone who finds herself the owner of a kitchen that’s big on drawer space and scant in the cabinet department.

Maybe it’ll blow your mind right open. Maybe you’ll be completely acquainted with the concept and therefore get to feel like really smart.
