Today marks a special day– the first time a design team has been featured for the second time (initial spotlight back here). And you want to know why? It’s because TerraCotta Properties takes my world, and, like a newborn peanut, just rocks it back and forth until I swear I must be dreaming.

So here’s how today is going to go: three kitchens, a closet, and a swing. Ready?

Kitchen, the first.

Stately black cabinetry, banquet seating, natural light. And that’s just off to the side of the kitchen!

Get a load of that stove, would you? Man, it’s good. Equally so is the white hood, marble backsplash, naturally.

But then, wouldn’t you know it, they had to go and through a rolling ladder in there, some dark paint on the door frame, and nailhead detailing on the stools.

I may have just peed my pants a litte.

Just, kowabunga! You know? There’s a natural, organic vibe from the wood island and floors, the hint of a french accent billowing in the breeze by way of the stove, and then again all that clean, bright white.

Then there’s this shot of a laundry closet that makes me want to kiss them right up.

Okay, kitchen the second.

It’s rather similar to the first, though I would draw your attention to the well-styled open shelves, the partially revealed TV atop the fridge (!), the desk space kitchen adjacent, and would you like to move in?

Kitchen, the final. This one fulfills a slightly more feminine, glamorous bracket, with cabinetry in the gentlest of gray and fixtures that look almost more like earring studs than cabinet pulls.

Oh, and the farmhouse sink, say hi.

It’s modest in size, but quite less so in effect, wouldn’t you agree?
