Corner Shelves–The Latest In Clever Storage Solutions

April 26, 2016

In the aims of helping you to live large (larg-er, at least) in your small space, I have elucidated about the potential existing behind your door, brainstormed the possible applications for the end-of-the-bed, and, like, a whole of other topics and posts that I’m currently too tired to retrieve and link.

Today, I shall attempt to further empower you to pimp out your modest space to its fullest ability by illustrating the power of The Corner (actually, we’ve already discussed this nook, only it was to address the specific application of a corner closet).

We know by now that wall space is wall space is wall space. If it’ll hold a nail, there’s storage and/or decor possibility. Turns out that the corners of your home meet this criteria! Wall space? Check! Nail-holding? Check!

K, so you probably want to see some shelves in a bunch of corners now, huh?

Corner shelves are brilliant whether you keep them isolated to just the triangular space in between the two walls, or you extend the shelves out from the corner, as far as the walls will allow.

And more than increasing storage capacity, corner shelves have a way of softening the hard, definite intersection of two walls, don’t you think?
