Exciting News and Settees to Share

April 27, 2012

Happy Friday little papayas!

Today I have to start by sharing some pretty exciting news– I am so honored to be featured in this month’s issue of MUSES Magazine, the slogan of which is, “Inspired Style of Living.” I mean, hello.

MUSES’ May living section centers around experiencing life through the touch points inspired by the nine Greek muses: celebrate, create, dance, dream, laugh, like, love, meditate and sing. “Guest MUSES,” (that would be me) “entertain, inspire, and offer insight into their area of expertise.”

I was selected to represent the “create” touchpoint, and I would love it if you would hop over to MUSES and read my interview!

And now, because I don’t want to hog the spotlight, I’ll shine it on these lovely settees. There’s just something about the slightly miniaturized size of these sofas that makes me want to grab a cup of coffee and a good book and tuck in for a nice long time.

Care to join me? We could certainly make room for two.

    Congratulations!
I am completely obsessed by french provincial furniture, in particular by wing back chairs like those in some of your images. They are SO whimsical and elegant and deceivingly more comfortable to sit in than they appear. A great french inspired chair also completes a bedroom too (for two!).
