Virtual Organizing Services

Ever since Live Simply initially established an online presence I began hearing comments like “I wish you lived by me! I would hire you in a second!” Or, “You have no idea how badly I need your help! Too bad you live across the country!”

I’ve wanted to help those individuals just as much as I do my local clients, and over time, I began to get more and more unsettled upon hearing those sentiments of need. I genuinely want to assist everyone and anyone I can to live a more focused, intentional, and organized life.

I am delighted that I have now tailored an approach to organizing that caters specifically to those people—virtual organizing services by Live Simply encompasses all aspects of the organizing process, with electronic communication substituting for in-person meetings. Using photos, email, phone and Gmail chat/ Skype, you will be provided with personalized organizational solutions, step-by-step instructions, product recommendations, and the support and guidance you need to reclaim your space.

The Shopping List: Customized Organizing Product Recommendations- $29

Stumped on how to store various goods? Wondering what products would provide the best solutions to your organizational dilemmas? Don’t have the time to scour the mall or the interwebs for organizing products? Let Annie do the hunting for you.

- After you’ve purchased the package, you will be invited to complete an assessment form. Use the form to provide information such as the nature of your space, your price range for products, and your style preference.

- Within 48 hours of submitting the form you will receive an email from Annie listing 5-7 product options, along with explanations for each.

- You will receive a follow up email from Annie 7 days after the recommendations have been generated, and, if necessary, you will be provided with up to an additional two product options.

The Roadmap: Customized Organizing Plan of Action- $69

-After you’ve purchased the package, you will be invited to complete an assessment form. Use the form to provide information such as your organizational priorities, the nature of your space, and your ideal vision for the areas you’re struggling with.

- Within 48-72 hours of submitting the form you will receive an email from Annie containing a customized plan for organizing your space. Included in the plan will be step-by-step instructions for how to organize the area, any applicable product recommendations, and local resources for donation, recycling, etc.

- You will receive a follow up email from Annie 7 days after the plan has been generated, and if necessary, the opportunity to schedule a 15 minute phone call to answer any pressing questions.

The Extra Scoop: Customized Organizing Plan of Action & 2 30-Minute Phone/Video consults- $114

-After you’ve purchased the package, you will be invited to complete an assessment form. Use the form to provide information such as your organizational priorities, the nature of your space, and your ideal vision for the areas you’re struggling with.

- Within 48-72 hours of submitting the form Annie will contact you to schedule your first consult.

- You will have two 30-minute phone or Gmail chat/ Skype consults with Annie, during which Annie will present you with customized plans for organization. These appointments may be conducted weekly or bi-weekly, and must be scheduled within 2 months from date of purchase.

- Following both 30-minute consults you will receive a written document containing all information covered during the consult, including step-by-step instructions, any aplicable product recommendations, and local resources for donation, recycling, etc.

- You will have the opportunity to email Annie updated photos between consults.

The Live Simply Deluxe: Customized Organizing Plan of Action & 4 30-Minute Phone/Video Consults- $184

-After you’ve purchased the package, you will be invited to complete an assessment form. Use the form to provide information such as your organizational priorities, the nature of your space, and your ideal vision for the areas you’re struggling with.

- Within 48-72 hours of submitting the form, Annie will contact you to schedule your first consult.

- You will have four 30-minute phone or Gmail chat/ Skype consults with Annie, during which Annie will present you with customized plans for organization. These appointments may be conducted weekly or bi-weekly, and must be scheduled within 3 months from date of purchase.

- Following each 30-minute consult you will receive a written document containing all information covered during the consult including step-by-step instructions, any applicable product recommendations, and local resources for donation, recycling, etc.

- You will have unlimited email access to Annie throughout the package period.
